Focusing on customer experience, Myntra signs up LogiNext to track order shipments

Myntra has signed up with logistics technology platform LogiNext for real-time tracking of shipments and is piloting with the platform's location mapping product for improved intracity logistics. With these capabilities, Myntra hopes to improve customer experience and make its captive logistics arm, Myntra Logistics, more efficient. The logistics arm of Myntra handles the differentiated services on offer, including 'try-and-buy' service, which was launched across 10 cities after being piloted in Bengaluru.
